The Real Cost of Living

Thesis Technology Products is the parent company of LimbO and is an ethical, well-respected manufacturing company. It’s also a certified Real Living Wage employer.


Thesis sees itself as a family company; as well as the founders being family, multiple members of staff and even directors have family members on the team. This means we’re more than just an employer and we want to support and care for our employees as best we can. That’s the reason Thesis Technology Products voluntarily pays the Real Living Wage.


The Living Wage Foundation’s initiative encourages employers to pay their employees a wage that enables them to meet the cost of living, not just the government’s minimum wage requirement.


In 2020, almost 7,000 UK businesses pay their employees the Real Living Wage, as they recognise that their staff deserve a fair day’s pay for a hard day’s work. There is no differentiation for people under the age of 25, or 21, unlike the minimum wage. All people aged 18 and older are eligible to receive the Real Living Wage.


Over 250,000 employees have received a pay rise thanks to the Living Wage campaign and it has cross-party support. There are a broad range of employers accredited with the Foundation including household names such as Nationwide, Google, Brewdog, Everton FC and Chelsea FC. And Thesis Technology of course!
