Carbon Reduction Plan

Supplier name:  Thesis Technology Products Ltd

Publication date:  October 2023

1.  Commitment to achieving Net Zero

Thesis Technology Products Ltd. is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.

2.  Baseline Emissions Footprint

Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past and were produced prior to the introduction of any strategies to reduce emissions. Baseline emissions are the reference point against which emissions reduction can be measured.  This Carbon Reduction plan (CRP) is the baseline year 2022/23.

Baseline year: 2022/23
Additional details relating to the baseline emissions calculations:

Our organisation has not previously assessed or reported emissions.  The first reporting period is our baseline.

The following Scope 3 emissions were measured:

–       Employee business travel

–       Employee commuting

–       Freighting emissions

–       Manufacturing

–       Waste disposal

–       Water usage

–       Purchased goods and services

Baseline year emissions:

EMISSIONS TOTAL (tCO2e)
Scope 1 2.31 tCO2e
Scope 2 10.96 tCO2e
Scope 3 258.14 tCO2e
Total Emissions 271.41 tCO2e

3.  Current Emissions Reporting

Reporting year: 2022/23
EMISSIONS TOTAL (tCO2e)
Scope 1 2.31 tCO2e
Scope 2 10.96 tCO2e
Scope 3 258.14 tCO2e
Total Emissions 271.41 tCO2e

This equates to a Carbon Intensity per employee of 8.10 tCO2e based upon 33.19 FTE employees during the measurement period.

4. Emissions reduction targets

In order to continue our progress to achieving Net Zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets:

A reduction of 7 tCO2e by 2023/24.  This is a reduction of 2.6%.

We project that carbon emissions will decrease over the next five years to 253.89 tCO2e. This is a reduction of 6.45%.
