2. Book a holiday.

Not one you have to pay for all up front, obviously, but giving yourself something to look forward to is definitely mood boosting.

3. Exercise.

Yes, we know that going to the gym is far from appealing, but exercise does release endorphins, it can boost your esteem and help you sleep. Oh and it means you’ll be one step closer to that summer bod you’re dreaming of too.

4. Watch a funny film.

Maybe it’s one you’ve seen thousands of times before or it could be a new release, either way a good laugh is most definitely good for the soul. Take that blue Monday!

5. Pamper yourself.

Go on, find those scented candles you got for Christmas, run the bath and fill it with essential oils and bubbles.
