In all honesty, even following the size guidelines the waterproof sleeve was too big on the bottom hole for me to feel confident to try it on its own. I ordered an XL when i think the next size down would have produced a true watertight seal. I had to use other measures underneath the sleeve (plastic bag & clingfilm) to ensure my PICC line was dry during showering. I may order the next size down to see if thats any better

No possibility to adjust the top seal of the elbow. By height and weight but forget the loss of triceps muscle due to illness. I use this to protect a PICC line in my R-ARM to self administer ANTIBIOTICS

How should you stop getting an elbow injury wet in the shower?
The elbow LimbO provides reliable waterproof protection for the whole elbow area. With two comfortable neoprene seals, the elbow LimbO will cover from the lower bicep down to the middle of the forearm. The M85 is our extra-large elbow / PICC line model for extra-large size upper arms. Please check the LimbO measuring guide for exact sizing advice. Light and easy to put on, the top neoprene seal will stretch over your PICC line or elbow dressing. The strong triple layer sleeve will cover the middle of your arm, keeping a midline dry. The LimbO sleeve leaves your hand free to hold your soap or shampoo! Created using strong materials and an all welded seam the LimbO is a durable waterproof solution that will provide a long-term solution to the problem and difficulty of showering with a PICC line. Smaller child PICC line protectors are also available to keep a kid’s PICC line dry.
How should I care for my PICC line?
It’s important to keep your PICC line or elbow dressing dry. Whether you have a PICC line, Midline or elbow dressing, the LimbO waterproof protector will keep it dry in the shower. The LimbO is ideal to support patients during IV treatment. Personal care and daily washes when wearing a PICC line is difficult, but a LimbO PICC cover will reduce the inconvenience and help improve your quality of life whilst in recovery.
