As 2019 draws to an end, and we head in to a new year, we thought we’d share some pointers on how to set yourself up for a happy and healthy new year.

It’s not uncommon for people to pledge to a healthier diet as a new year rolls around. Healthy eating habits are a new years’ resolution worth sticking to, so why not check out this article for some ways of introducing more veggies and ditching some of the sugary treats.

If you’ve spent this year unwell, or if you’re the carer for a family member or loved one, it’s important to take time out for yourself. Studies show that being in nature benefits our brains and our bodies. While no-one knows exactly the reason behind it, even looking at a painting or picture of nature can produce the same benefits.
