Diabetes is a problem that’s growing. According to Diabetes UK, the number of people living with the condition has doubled in the past twenty years. November 14th is World Diabetes Day, organised by the International Diabetes Foundation. The day aims to raise awareness of the impact diabetes has on the family and support network of those affected. The focus is also on promoting the role of families in the management, care, prevention and education of diabetes.
As the world is rightly focussing on green, environmentally friendly initiatives, here at LimbO we are doing the same.
